The Foundation’s vision is to see science drive positive change to the lives of Thoroughbreds during and after their careers in racing. We encourage and choose to fund high quality research studies that may lead to practical improvements in horse care through application of the knowledge they yield. We also wish to help cultivate young talent in this field of research and to work with the projects we fund to better inform the public about horse welfare.
